The Fees Company Ltd specialises in providing direct debit fee collection solutions for independent schools, member clubs/associations and organisations that collect moneys due. An independent company, our operational team has over 90 years banking and BACS experience gained with the major banks.

Executive team

Our Board consists of Norman Crawford (Barclays and TSB Bank 30 years) and two Chartered Accountants, including J Douglas Anderson, ex Director of British Linen Bank and Dunfermline Building Society (25 years)

Bank of Scotland, Head Office, Edinburgh supports Fees Company and HBOS Group is the company's BACS sponsor.

IT Systems and Software

Our operations are compliant with the rigorous standards required to be a BACS Bureau service provider. The integrity and security of data is assured. An off-site disaster recovery plan is in operation.

BACS Limited has inspected The Fees Company and validated the standards of security, control, technical competence and operational integrity required of a BACS Approved Bureau.

As a BACS Commercial Bureau, we provide a full back-office infrastructure leaving you to simply tell us from whom, when and how much to collect. We monitor payment performance and take corrective action as dictated by the Service Level Agreement.
